Idea
Silverline is an award winning pool construction and outdoor living company based out of Lenoir City and operates throughout East Tennessee. When I was brought on as Marketing Director, I was briefed that Silverline wanted to grown into full-home construction, Real Estate, and Property Management. Through PPC advertising, referral programs/incentives, social media content creation, and print marketing, we have been able to extend our waitlist in home construction and pool construction out to a 6-8 month wait time. Good news!
Insight
The hardest part fo this project was distilling the brand essence of what Silverline actually is (and how to describe that to potential customers). Through a thorough study of the market, research analysis, and strategy, we were able to identify key demographics interested in our services, language and campaign ideas that resonate with families in our community, and high-quality photos/videos were able to illustrate the excellence provided by the Silverline team.
